About this position
Responsibilities
• Understands the business flow of collection and have experience in the financial industries company
• Responsible to lead manpower, scope covers team development, performance tracking, evaluation, reporting, and project improvements,
• Responsible to oversee overall workflow/process and give appropriate input needed covering performance & risk/compliance aspects,
• Liaise with respected internal/external parties to ensure all performance parameters go in accordance with target & risk/compliance
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor degree from any major
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, thrive under pressure and ready to work in shifts
• Understands the business flow of collection and have experience in the financial industries company
• Prior experience and knowledge in the collection process or strategy is a plus
• Quick learning ability
• Strong initiative and a positive attitude
