About this position

The Shopee Live & Video Feature Tester position at Sea Labs involves manual QA testing processes, ensuring application systems meet user expectations and identifying bugs.

Responsibilities

• Build and run processes of manual QA testing
• Carry out testing of the application system that is being developed, including the black-box/grey-box and positive/negative methods
• Investigate, identify and report bugs discovered in our flows
• Create documentation, implement new QA processes and improve existing ones
• Verify that real-world use cases and user expectations are simulated and met during the validation process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, or any related field will be an added value. Other bachelor degrees are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance.
• Good communication and problem solving skill.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate efficiently in English
• Highly goal-driven and able to work well in dynamic environments.
