Sales Operation
About this position
The Sales Operation position involves setting KPIs, analyzing sales performance, and handling administrative data to support decision-making within the sales team.
Responsibilities
• Set KPI, Policy, and Incentive Scheme for Sales Team
• Conduct Sales performance analysis to identify key issues and improvement points
• Administrative data handling and analysis, such as, processing raw data, creating simple data modeling, data visualization (graph, table, chart), etc.
• Create business analysis, such as, able to do the analysis of any key metrics business to give insight for management and other teams for better decision making
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 4 years of working experience as a SO or similar role from HomeCredit, Akulaku or KreDivo
• Strong executional abilities and cross-functional stakeholder management
• High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel/ and Google workspace platform (Google Meet, Doc, Sheets, Forms, and Slides), Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop or other data processing software
• Strong work ethics and performance-driven
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in English
• Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environment
• Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally
