Sales Lead
About this position
The Sales Lead is responsible for overseeing sales performance, managing relationships with merchants, and ensuring effective sales strategies are implemented to meet targets.
Responsibilities
• Daily briefing with sales supervisor and sales for MTD performance and next action to do for hit the target
• Act as CS for merchant / cashier / buyer that have complaint or issue in their app and escalate to respective PIC
• Monitoring and do audit for sales stationed store, and checking sales way of working
• Maintain good relation with HPL merchants, shop owners and shop PICs
• Coaching under-perform sales to minimize sales turnover
• Attending and present each area performance and necessary action in weekly sales meeting with HOD
• Regular visit to shops and potential merchants to see our positioning on market, and also do some competitors intelligent during market visit
• Regularly update to the team for any promo and campaigns
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience as a sales lead or similar role from HomeCredit, Akulaku or Kredivo
• Good writing and communication skills (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Have a creative mindset and able to think out of the box
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals and exceed expectations
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
