The Recruitment Intern at Sea Labs will play an active role in the recruitment process, focusing on finding suitable candidates and managing various recruitment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in the recruitment journey to find suitable candidates
• Manage mass recruitment for entry-level positions, coordinate recruiting events, and execute tasks related to sourcing and evaluating candidates
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely communication with applicants
• Provide support in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related major (final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
• Energetic, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Available for a dynamic 3-month commitment
