About this position
The position involves coordinating and managing various projects to enhance processes, implement new products, and expand ShopeePay.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate, manage, execute and review various projects in order to improve processes, implement new products and expand ShopeePay
• Develop and implement best practices merchant engagement strategies
• End to end stakeholder management, project coordination and roll-out of projects
• Initiate, manage and lead various projects from end to end with a maximum performance
• Conduct data analysis to find opportunities for process/product improvements for merchants and the Business Development team
• Establish and maintain relationship, conduct project meetings, make recommendations for project improvements and continuously follow up on the progress with Business Development team and relevant stakeholders
• Create action plans, report and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Create and continuously update the project documentation
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from recognized university.
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of marketing / merchant engagement
• Desirable: Experienced working in FinTech, FnB, or E-Commerce
• High degree of proactive initiative and working with a sense of urgency
• Strong work ethics and performance-driven
• Highly skilled in excel and google slides
• Excellent presentation skills
• Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
