About this position

The Compliance License Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting audits, and building relationships with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance audits (monitor and oversee the fulfillment of regulations and regulatory reports and to make gap analysis for regulations that would impact business.)
• Follow up on the results of compliance audits.
• Build relationships with government and other stakeholders.
• Deliver company compliance

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Having 4+ years experience as Compliance in credit / fintech industry.
• Have experience in credit scoring industry is a plus.
• Excellent ability to speak and write in English.
• Self-starter and pro-active.
• Eagerness to learn.
