About this position
The Business Development & Partnership - Insurance position focuses on developing and delivering partnership plans and initiatives to support sales and ensure profitable and sustainable insurance premiums.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver partnership plan and budget with objectives is to support sales with result of profitable and sustainable insurance premium
• Develop and implement business development & partnership initiatives. This includes develop plan, opportunity identification, market research, develop strategies and ensuring the implementation and achieve target
• Analyze, identify and coordinate necessary resources to support planning and budget, including budget and team supervision
• Socialize company product, including improving customer interaction and service regarding company product
• Support to implement financial literacy program
• Propose, implement and monitor company’s marketing media channel
• Coordinate and support periodical marketing report so it can be presented timely and accurately
• Create good & productive working environment and implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
Requirements
• Possess a minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Possess at least 5-7 years of experience in the field of business development or partnership in the insurance industry
• Experienced and able to build relationships with digital partnerships, insurance agents, insurance brokers, financing institutions, and banks.
• Demonstrated ability to Budgeting and control.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Knowledge of business processes, standard policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of the insurance market, SeaInsure products, and services.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to give engaging presentations.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with numbers and MS Office.
