The Actuary Valuation position involves supporting the reserving and capital management process, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and contributing to business development through actuarial insights.

Responsibilities

• Setup and support the regular reserving and capital management process
• Comply with regional and local statutory reporting requirements
• Support business development from an actuarial valuation perspective
• Communicate and present regular actuarial and business insights to local and regional stakeholder
• Develop strong collaboration with other departments

Requirements

• 4+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance industry
• Extensive understanding of local insurance product market
• Robust understanding of local regulatory requirements, particularly from an actuarial perspective
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
