About this position

SCI Ecommerce is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to develop and implement performance marketing strategies for online marketplaces in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia platforms, leveraging your expertise to maximise campaign performance.
• Manage and optimise daily performance campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute engaging ad creatives and budget plan
• Analyse and report campaign performance metrics, identifying new growth and revenue generation opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with platform-specific best practices in Indonesia, driving continuous improvement in campaign performance.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia ecosystems to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with the Regional Performance Marketing Manager to meet and exceed the company's business objectives in Indonesia.
• Support e-commerce sales strategies for Indonesian brands on Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least three years of performance marketing experience, specifically on Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia platforms.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI and revenue generation.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data to stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies in the Indonesian market.
• Written and spoken Indonesian and English proficiency is required; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce.
