About this position

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, while acting as a strategic partner to business units.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, policy and employee relations.
• Do end to end recruitment progress.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and provide feedback on employee performance.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Communicate changes in benefits programs.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training on HR matters.
• Maintain employee records securely.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and support career development.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Manage office facilities and supplies.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
• Act as a strategic partner to business units.
• Provide HR consultation and analyze workforce trends.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or any related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar senior human resources/ administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Extensive experience in managing payments, budgets, and expenditures.
• Exceptional ability to manage office operations and oversee junior staff.
• Advanced ability to plan, schedule, and execute office-related events.
• In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
• Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
