About this position

The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality while managing a team of operators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations
• Ensure production targets are met
• Implement and maintain quality control measures
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize production processes
• Train and mentor production staff
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage inventory and supply chain logistics
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, science, or any related field
• At least 3 years’ experience as Production leading with more than 100+ operators
• Understanding in industrial & logistic management
• Possess knowledge in LEAN, Six Sigma, Production Planning and Quality (SPC, 7 Waste)
• Able to communicate in English
• Possess leadership skills, good communication, and computer proficiency
