Industrialization Quality Senior Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Guarantee that the Voice of the Customer is well translated and ranked in term of criticality (parts and sub-assemblies).
• Express that through CTQ characteristics, to identify critical-to-process parameters (CTP) and drive risk management accordingly.
• Ensure the 10 Industrialization quality fundamentals implementation.
• Support and train project team on methods and tools needed to reach robustness, capability and Quality risks management.
• Identify and report to project management any Quality risk.
• Lead the problem solving method resolution in OLM to fix Quality issues escalation.
• Transfer Quality files to plant resp. for parts and process.
• Support and train the offer team on methods and tools needed to reach industrial process robustness and capability, and quality risk management.
• Partner with PQL/OQL, and other key functions ensuring linkages of DFMEA, CTQ/CTPs, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Capabilities, Supplier Part Approval, Pilot Run/PPAP, Product Change Management (PCM), Problem Solving, and Lessons Learned.
• Lead Process and reverse FMEA and follow up.
• Lead Pilot Run/PPAP practices across the end to end offer lifecycle.
• Challenge & Act as Customer advocate to challenge RPN level in PFMEA (no black, no red).
• Lead Process Qualification by accurate Capability studies.
• Identify Mandatory Requirements for each Process line and ensure their completion.
• Manage CTQs CTPs from acquisition (DFSR output) to control (Process Control Plan).
• Create and ensure the implementation of the Control Plan.
• Collaborate to the APQP (PPAP).
• Audit Internal and external processes.
• Ensure the implementation of all Quality disposals to protect Customers.
• Lead quality issue resolution in applying the appropriate problem solving methods and tools.
• Onboard plant quality responsibles on industrial process quality.
Requirements
• Plant experiences in Quality position (Supplier and/or Process).
• Quality skills such those needed for Green Belt (Risks management, animation, statistic, FMEA, Metrology).
• Technologies (material, molding, stamping, assembly, automation, ...).
• Relationship oriented (suppliers, plants, projects).
• Business English mandatory and German if possible.
• Engineer graduate.
• Good cross functional skill (like communicate, convince, negotiate,…).
