End User Sales (Industry Manufacturing and Pulp & Paper)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop Relationships with key Decision makers within nominated Strategic Accounts
• Build a strong working relationship with the SAE’s for the accounts nominated
• Build strong relationships within all relevant countries within the Zone, and lead a V1/V2 network to best address the customer needs
• Localize the global Strategic account Plan/Strategy and roll it out within the Zone
• Identify business drivers within the account and develop strategies to pursue these
• Become the opportunity leader for identified major projects, leading a virtual team and add value to ensure a successful outcome
• Consults customers and shape opportunities to optimize the value we offer
• Identify, qualify and prioritize business opportunities
• Map key decision makers at customers or prescribers
• Follow Customer Project Process (CPP) follow Best In Sales Practice by being a best in class, example with BFO usage
Requirements
• Education: Engineering and/or Business degree
• Fluent in English, Mandarin or other languages beneficial
• Past (Multi-level consultative selling) experience of closing complex deals by establishing customer trust through a deep understanding of their business, and by providing solutions in the language that is relevant to them
• International experience and exposure is a plus
• National and international travel will be required
• Strong track record of capability to manage and grow accounts
• Understanding of account management, customers, sales channels & third parties
• Demonstrates significant experience in detecting and discussing industry and customer pain points and proposing high value solutions
