About this position
The CCC Technical Support position involves providing general information and quick responses to customer inquiries, managing complaints, and handling special cases related to faulty products or quality issues.
Responsibilities
• Provide General Information and Quick Response/Answer to The Customer for: Logistic inquiries & Technical inquiries
• Customer Complaint Management
• Handle special case due to Faulty product / Quality info
• Reporting
• Additional jobs based on the needs for improving customer satisfaction

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree: Electrical Engineering
• Open for Fresh Graduate
• Specific Requirement: Agile, digitize, willing to learn, excited for any challenge, good attitude, able to maintain a good relations with the customer
