Responsibilities

• Prepare, Check completeness and correctness of the withholding tax certificate
• Prepare data PND.3, PND.53 for upload to RD Prep program
• Submit PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, PP.36, PP.30 to RD website
• Check the contain particulars of original tax invoice
• Check completeness and correctness of the original tax invoice
• Check correctness of the Input VAT report
• Print receipt of tax payment PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, PP.36, PP.30
• Keep support document and scan file of tax payment PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, PP.36, PP.30
• Copy support document of tax payment PP.36 and keep to Input VAT file
• Request the withholding tax certificate in English (RO.01) to The Revenue Department
• Prepare the inventory destruction letter to The Revenue Department
• Support document to tax audit
• Responsible for other tasks assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field
• Welcome new graduates or experience 1-3 years as a Tax Accountant or similar role
• Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraints
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
