About this position

The Product Manager for Asia Pacific (Customer Portal) is responsible for creating and owning the product roadmap, driving product strategy, managing product profitability, and collaborating with various functions to ensure successful product launches and management.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the product roadmap for all markets in Asia Pacific Sub-Region.
• Create and drive execution of product strategy with documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case.
• Closely collaborate with and support Product Owner, Feature Owner, Digital Transformation, Change Management, Data Management and other relevant functions in the development, QA and release of product.
• Plan and carry out product launches including Technical Go-Live and Market Go-Live.
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.

Requirements

• Successfully completed international studies in e.g. change management, economics, business administration, business IT or comparable education.
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role especially digital product solutions.
• Several years of experience in concept and business case development as well as implementation of digitization projects.
• Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket beneficial.
• Experience in using tools e.g. Jira, Asana, Confluence, Microsoft Teams Conceptboard, Figma, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Intercom, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
• Additional knowledge requirements:
• Hands-on mentality.
• Strong leadership skills (entrepreneurship, strategic and analytical thinking, willingness to change, goal orientation, customer orientation).
• Well-developed soft skills (communicative, team oriented, ability to handle conflicts).
• Resilience and willingness to travel and work in multiple time zones.
