Manager, Customer Service and Supply Chain Management Southeast Asia

Responsibilities
• Full administrative support to Sales department.
• Attend and respond to customer needs or enquiry in a professional manner.
• Submission of accurate quotation to customer timely including cross referencing and material status check.
• Ensure accurate pricing in customer's Purchase Order is as per quoted before processing.
• Ensure customer's Order Confirmation tallies with the Purchase Order.
• Maintain and update customer backorder list.
• Upon customer confirmation, issue Delivery Note to warehouse and follow up on timely packing list completion from warehouse.
• Order book management.
• Generate invoice and prepare release memo for goods collection by customer.
• Monitor on customer overdue payment and follow up with customer for payment to reduce DSO.
• Proactively align and agree with customer on regular shipment schedule to improve Delivery Reliability KPI.
• Execute purchasing functions from PR/PO creation and order confirmation to monitoring of stock available to deliver at supplier side.
• Work and coordinate closely with IC/external suppliers to ensure efficient supply chain operations at all time to support the business.
• Review purchase planning and coordinate order changes with IC/External suppliers.
• Monitor supplier delivery service level and solve backlog issues with IC/external suppliers.
• Order and invoice reports.
• Schaeffler customer portal 1st level support.
Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Logistic or Engineering.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service role handling international business.
• Independent, meticulous and team player.
• English, fluently spoken and written.
• SAP R/3 modules SD.
