Key Account Manager-IOEM & TW Thailand

Responsibilities
• IOEM and MC responsibility for achieving the budget and to increase the business in Thailand
• Leads Two-Wheelers & IOEM business in Thailand
• Builds strategic relationships with major KA customers such as Honda, including the tier 1 suppliers for Two-Wheelers business in Thailand
• Delivers value to customers together with AEs and Japanese KAM
• To support the SEA/P Management with business development activities and continuous improvements of the mid and long-term Strategy, Promote products and services as per the definition of IOEM and MC strategy
• Plans, develops, coordinates and monitors business relations and development measures for dedicated key accounts, on a local, regional or global level.
• Develop a business strategy, agree on business plans, and define, implement and/or coordinate appropriate measures.
• Direct and/or maintain the management of relationships and all business development activities.
• Lead the negotiation of sales agreements, general terms and conditions and overall business volumes.
• Take accountability for P+L and initiate appropriate measures to secure order intake and profitability.
Requirements
• At least 5 years work experience in Industrial OEM, Two-Wheelers or Automotive industry
• Prefer to have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, min. 3 years experiences (In Engineering/ Manufacturing Industry) or Business Management/Business Administration.
• Window & Microsoft applications, knowledge on rotary and linear bearings, and basic knowledge in electrical direct drives.
• Strong interest in sales, project management, and customer-oriented mind set with proven sales record.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Outgoing, Organized, Structured, Presentable, Professional, etc.
• Good communication in English.
