Responsibilities
• Performs a full range of customs activities for assigned entities or areas of expertise, in order to comply with customs law and optimize the customs position.
• Responsible for a designated customs area/topic and for providing support to the organization, and ensure compliance with agreed standards and processes.
• Assess business models and projects and provide advice to management on related matters.
• Carry out investigations into customs issues and correspond with governmental revenue agencies.
• Evaluate compliance performance/risk exposure and initiate appropriate actions.
• Manage completion of customs forecasts and related tasks.
Requirements
• Vocationally trained in Business Administration, Customs
• 5 to 10 years
OR
• University degree in Business Administration, Customs
• 5 to 10 years
