• Experienced and knowledge in bearings, rotating machines or two-wheelers business.
• Based on the qualification matrix to build up and keep the technical knowledge up to date.
• To develop new colleagues by providing necessary support and trainings.
• To complete the assigned projects according to the targets defined in the project charter or support the global project manager in this responsibility by coordinating all required activities in SEA. Official tasks of the project manager described in the Management Handbook.
• To structure, plan and control the overall project in a logical manner (according to the customer milestones and by creating and maintaining the project in Planisware).
• To check and/or request framework conditions.
• To form and lead the project team.
• To define subprojects and work packages.
• To plan and inquire required resources.
• To estimate risks, determine the progress of the project on a continuous basis (target/actual comparison), initiate and track the required corrective measures.
• To organize regular team meetings with the project team.
• To follow up samples and M4 orders and deliveries based on the project plan.
• To report to the project sponsor and to the steering committee the project status, the project results and close-out and escalate issues whenever required.
• To conduct internal and external communication.
• To ensure the completion of the project documentation (by maintaining the project in Windchill).
• To use and to conduct lessons learned.
• Drive and support product relocations to/within Thailand and SEA for customer approvals and product validations.
• To get clear project information & technical requirements from the customers in SEA.
• To create and maintain the DVP together with the global counterparts.
• To do the design & calculation work together with the global counterparts.
• To submit to the customer and get approval the Schaeffler proposal drawing.
• To manage the return parts analysis together with the global counterparts.
• To define and drive benchmarking and VAVE initiatives to meet customer’s target prices.
• To coordinate the required activities with the SEA suppliers.
• To support Production and Quality in case of customer complaints.
• Establish and maintain a defined level of technical knowledge for new colleagues by providing necessary support and trainings for products, processes and the required internal and external network.
• Develop strong business relationships with customers in TH, SEA and with the internal counter parts in TH and SEA.
• Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical engineering with minimum of 2 years work experience in Design, Calculation or Simulation and Project Management.
• Experienced working in bearings, rotating machine or two-wheeler business.
• Experience in the field of combustion engines, EV, transmission systems and chassis applications is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Strategic mindset & structured approach of tasks.
