About this position

The Sea Freight Export Operation position involves managing daily operations related to seafreight documentation, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of the seafreight documentations.
• To ensure job are completed on time, save cost and in a manner that encourage customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with shipping and other related transport documents.
• Make report to update shipment status.
• Coordinate with internal departments, oversea agent and customer.
• Maintains and strengthens own client relationships and recognizes and responds promptly to client requests.
• Ability to build strong working relationships, independent and a team player.
• Knowledge of Carrier/vessel as back-up is preferred.

Requirements

• Thai National only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relate field.
• Min. 3 years' experience in a relevant role.
• Experienced in DG's cargo (Certified body is a plus).
• Core booking experience with USA trade lane is most prefer.
• Good command in spoken and written English.
