About this position

The Sales Executive is responsible for conducting field sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting the company's services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales and promote the company’s services, which include customs brokerage, freight forwarding.
• Manage existing clients and foster customer relationships.
• Respond and support sales inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for order closing.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure positive customer experience.
• To handle the overall customer satisfaction of newly acquired customer.
• Other assignment by the company and management level.

Requirements

• Full working rights for Thailand.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Min. 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarder business
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Good Command in English
