Sales Coordinator
About this position
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between Sales and other departments to achieve targets, providing support to customers, and seeking new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate between Sales and other Departments in order to achieve pre-defined targets
• Give full support & solve the problem for assigned customers
• Approach customers about our company’s services.
• Retain good relationship with existing customers and grow our share of wallet
• Approach new customers when assigned
• Search for competitive costs from relevant parties in order to win businesses.
• Search for business opportunities to improve company’s net return.
• Follow up Sales Strategies and prepare quotation to customers.
• To take up additional assignments/tasks as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics Management or any related field.
• Highly experience in freight forwarder business.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant roles.
• Fluent in English communication (both writing and speaking)
• ISO9001 and 14001 experienced is preferable.
• Knowledge in Sales and Marketing for Freight Forwarder Business.
