The Sea Freight Import Operation position is responsible for managing daily sea import documentation and ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the daily operations of the sea import documentations.
• To ensure job are completed on time, save cost, and in a manner that encourage customer satisfaction.
• To provide service as below for all customers and ensure there is follow by the company rules.
• Handle day to day Sea import shipments and sea import customs clearance.
• Communicate with customers, sub contract and overseas offices.
• Enter manifest, arrival notice, D/O processing and invoicing & costing.
• Coordinate with internal departments and all customers.
• Maintains and strengthens own client relationships and recognizes and responds promptly to client requests.
• Ability to build strong working relationships, independent and a team player.
• Make report to update shipment status to customers and overseas agent.
• Knowledge of shipping lines and customs process is prefer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relate field.
• Good command in spoken and written English.
• Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding activity.
• Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/Power Point/IE/Outlook/AS400/microsoft dynamics).
• Service minded and proactive.
• Honest, hardworking, able to be multi-tasked and able to work under pressure.
