About this position

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing customers, generating leads and closing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make an impact in a growing company.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve sales targets.
2. Establish relationships with new and existing customers, and promote products and services.
3. Analyze market conditions and trends to identify potential opportunities.
4. Prepare sales presentations and proposals to demonstrate value to customers.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
6. Track customer orders and follow up on delivery.
7. Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries or complaints.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
10. Generate reports and analyze data to track performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Excellent knowledge of sales processes, strategies and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
