About this position
As an Ecommerce Customer Marketing Senior Associate, you will drive our online success by creating captivating social commerce content, optimising user experiences for increased conversion rates, managing digital shelves, executing dynamic promotional campaigns, analyzing sales data for insights, developing innovative merchandising strategies, and maintaining a consistent and compelling visual identity across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Commerce Management: Create and manage engaging content for platforms like TikTok, including short videos and livestreams, to connect with and captivate audiences.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Enhance the ecommerce shopper experience to boost conversion rates, focusing on visual assets and in-store UI/UX improvements.
• Digital Shelf Management: Ensure accurate, detailed, and optimised product listings for search visibility on e-commerce platforms.
• Campaign management: Plan and execute effective promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Market Share Analysis: Work with sales managers and ecommerce brand marketeers to analyse sales and market share data to identify trends, monitor product performance, and make informed, data-driven decisions to stay ahead of competition.
• Merchandising: Develop and implement online merchandising strategies (4P) to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Visual Identity: Collaborate with designers to maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms, including logos, colour schemes, and overall aesthetics.
Requirements
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in e-commerce or marketplace, managing reputable FMCG brands
Preferred Experiences And Skills:
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce and marketing principles
• Experienced in live streaming and engaging content for platforms like TikTok and other marketplace
• Knowledge of various digital and social media platforms, website and app set up & analytics.
