About this position

ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมการรับ การจัดเก็บ และการจ่าย การส่งมอบสินค้าทันเวลา รวมถึงการวางแผน และการนับสต็อกสินค้าและวัตถุดิบในคลังสินค้า โดยใช้ระบบ ERP (SAP), WMS และคลังสินค้า Automation.

Responsibilities

• ควบคุมการรับ การจัดเก็บ และการจ่าย การส่งมอบสินค้าทันเวลา และรวมถึงการวางแผน และการนับสต็อกสินค้าและวัตถุดิบในคลังสินค้า โดยใช้ระบบ ERP (SAP), WMS และคลังสินค้า Automation
• วางแผนพื้นที่จัดเก็บในคลังสินค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และสอดคล้องกับการจัดการกําลังคน
• กํากับดูแลพนักงานคลังสินค้าให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน และให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบวินัย หลักเกณฑ์และเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้
• จัดทํารายงานต่างๆ ของรายการสินค้า การเข้าและออก และการจัดทํารายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อการปรับปรุงพัฒนา
• ดูแลการทำงานประจำวันในคลังสินค้าให้มีความปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐาน ทั้งสินค้า พนักงาน และเครื่องมือหรือเครื่องจักรต่างๆ
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้า เป็นต้น
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขา บริหารการจัดการ, หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง, โลจิสติกส์, อุตสาหการ
• มีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างานคลังสินค้า หรือ Logistics อย่างน้อย 2-4 ปี
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office สามารถใช้ Data Driven ได้
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
