About this position
Responsibilities
• Research and modify existing products to improve quality and ensure compliance with different countries' regulations.
• Analyze new product requirements from Brand Innovation to support accurate and precise product development.
• Study production limitations to support the research and development process.
• Test new products to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to Brand Innovation's standards.
• Prepare documentation for nutritional registration and approvals from relevant agencies.
• Compile detailed product information for internal use to ensure accurate and useful data for operations.
• Provide information for controlling experimental production processes to ensure smooth real-world production.
• Research alternative raw materials to diversify sources and reduce product costs.
• Develop modern, efficient production technologies to enhance competitive advantages.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 2 Years Experience in Research & Development role.
• Proven experience in product research and development, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and documentation processes for food and drug products.
• Excellent knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with nutritional registration processes and requirements from relevant agencies (e.g., FDA, halal certification).
