About this position

Responsible for leading manufacturing activities, providing coaching and leading improvement/culture change, as well as ensuring their area consistently delivers against factory KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure teams maintain all Safety and GMP standards. Ensure 5S standards are adhered to.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed and, if not, corrective actions are identified and action taken.
• Ensuring maximum flexibility both within work teams and between groups by identifying training issues with Crew Leaders and taking the subsequent steps to ensure the training is enacted.
• Manage plan routing and actual routing.
• Confirm daily production instructions which is made by team after reviewing the instruction is reasonable and contains adequate actions.
• Review OEE results on a weekly basis with their direct and support teams, identify and agree main issues and create improvement plans for following week.
• Ensure near miss forms or BBS are generated then they are reviewed/actioned with HSE.
• Develop manufacturing procedure which assure Halal product.
• Communicate with Halal Committee in terms of halal production process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ Engineering / Scientific.
• Have direct experience at least 5 years in production, Pharmaceuticals and FMCG business.
• Have an understanding of the manufacturing process.
• Strong communication, people management and influencing skills.
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
