QA Division Manager
About this position
The QA Division Manager is responsible for developing and improving quality assurance systems, monitoring quality performance, leading the QA team, and coordinating with other departments to enhance product or service standards.
Responsibilities
• Develop and improve quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate quality performance to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure efficient operations and support team development.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues and enhance product or service standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and statistical analysis software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
