QA Division Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and improve quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate quality performance to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and manage the Quality team to ensure efficient operations and support team development.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues and enhance product or service standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Has minimum of 8 years as Quality (QA or QC) in food companies, especially dairy or beverage companies.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English for cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and statistical analysis software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
