Product & Innovation Executive
About this position
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive studies, gather information, and analyze market conditions, competitors, and product trends both domestically and internationally to develop products that meet the true needs of target customer groups.
• Support data presentation for new product/business concept development, including:
• Product Specification
• Market Analysis
• Business Opportunity Analysis (SWOT Analysis)
• Competitive Analysis
• Sales Channel Analysis
• Production Analysis
• Cost and Profit Analysis for product development
• Assist in managing new company products, including planning project timelines (Action Plan) from inception to market launch. Monitor and analyze whether new products achieve sales targets and identify any considerations to benefit future product development.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments (if any) to oversee product and packaging development, ensuring characteristics align with the established new product concept.
• Support proactive product and business development that adds value to the organization, driving the achievement of both quantitative sales targets and continuous leadership in creative initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Development, or related fields
• Experience in FMCG industry preferred
• Previous internship or project work in product development or market research is valuable
• Market research and product development knowledge (preferred)
