Marketing Coordinator Executive
About this position
Responsibilities
• Track sales & marketing performance and provide key insights to enhance processes and identify opportunities.
• Assist the Global Marketing & online team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and day-to-day sales & marketing activities.
• Assist in implementing campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure the smooth running of progress for campaigns or initiatives successfully done.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales transactions and records in company backend systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve minor concerns.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team, operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
