International Business Sales - Middle East/Chinese (Speaking)/ Korean (Speaking)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyze market information and design and implement a strategic business plan.
• Monitor situation of company product and identify opportunities or threat in order to adjust strategy for business development.
• Monitor customer, competitor, and market activity and trends, providing input to the development of short- and long-term plans to proactively address changes.
• Cooperate with other departments to align working process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in responsible market.
• Find appropriate new customer for new product in responsible market.
• Prepare reports on progress against plans, budgets, and targets for senior management.
• Cooperate with customers to understand demand of the market in order to do forecasting.
• Identify and resolve issues which may impede achievement of objectives.
• Travel internationally as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in International Sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or consumer packaged goods sector.
• Proficient in English including reading, speaking, and writing.
• For the Chinese market, proficiency in Chinese with an HSK level 5 or higher being preferred.
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategic business planning.
• Ability to monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience collaborating across departments to align processes.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Track record in acquiring new customers and markets.
• Skilled in preparing reports and presenting to senior management.
• Capability in demand forecasting and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
