About this position

The Demand & Supply Planning Executive is responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to product demand and production capacity to support effective forecasting and planning of demand and supply, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Collect data on product demand from domestic and international sales departments to support forecasting and planning of demand and supply at appropriate levels that align with customer needs.
• Gather production capacity information from both in-house and OEM factories to analyze and develop monthly and weekly production plans for the organization's factories and OEM manufacturers.
• Coordinate with the production planning department to deliver monthly and weekly production plans to both in-house and OEM production lines for implementation.
• Compile data on inventory estimates, storage capacity, and transportation capabilities to plan monthly and weekly storage and transportation schedules for the warehouse and logistics departments.
• Liaise with the purchasing department to deliver demand and supply management plans, providing information for timely ordering of raw materials and other products necessary for production in quantities appropriate to customer demand.
• Prepare reports and documents related to demand and supply planning to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Demand or Supply Planning
• Familiarity with demand forecasting techniques and supply chain optimization
• Understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
• Knowledge of inventory management concepts
• Familiarity with production processes and capacity planning
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• Strong communication skills, Ability to work with cross-functional teams
