About this position

The Corporate Affairs Executive (Regulatory Affairs) is responsible for fostering positive external relationships, ensuring compliance with food and beverage production laws, and coordinating necessary documentation for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive external relationships, coordinate license documentation, and ensure compliance with food and beverage production laws for smooth operations.
• Act as an intermediary with the FDA, securing permissions and registrations for seamless departmental operations.
• Liaise with the Department of Industrial Works and Environmental Offices for permissions and tax exemptions, supporting smooth domestic and international operations.
• Coordinate with Islamic committees for Halal certifications, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
• Plan community activities for maximum effectiveness and community benefits.
• Support legal services, ensuring compliance with food and excise laws, and providing advice to various departments.
• Compile documents for legal services, ensuring alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food registration.
• Knowledge of Thai and international food laws, FDA regulations, Halal business laws.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Successful completion of the Food Law exam by the Food and Drug Administration will be considered a significant advantage.
