Responsibilities
• Develop and implement key customer strategies aligned with overall marketing and sales objectives
• Build strong relationships with key customers in the FMCG sector, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customer-specific strategies and initiatives
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Implement promotional activities, trade marketing programs, and pricing strategies to drive sales and increase market share
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 2 years of experience in customer development, sales, or related roles in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
