About this position

The AVP Quality Management is responsible for driving quality excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening global collaboration, leading continuous improvement, and managing risks proactively to uphold brand reputation and consumer trust.

Responsibilities

• Drive Quality Excellence – Implement world-class quality systems (ISO, BRC, FSSC 22000) to ensure global compliance and brand reputation.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Adhere to international food safety laws and customer requirements to maintain market access.
• Strengthen Global Collaboration – Partner with global suppliers and stakeholders to optimize quality performance.
• Lead Continuous Improvement – Enhance product quality through Six Sigma, Lean, and AI-driven analytics.
• Manage Risks Proactively – Develop global risk mitigation strategies to protect consumer trust and corporate reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000)
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and training abilities in both Thai and English.
