Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand project requirements and design objectives.
• Lead the interior design process from concept development to final execution, including space planning, layout design, and material selection within the given timeline and budget.
• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with the project's branding and target market.
• Select and collaborate with both Thai and international designers, providing them with requirements and feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Choose high-end materials, furniture, fabrics, finishes, and accessories from both Thai and international sources.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of design plans.
• Oversee the installation and styling of interior elements to ensure they align with the design intent.
• Be onsite during the construction phase to resolve any interior-related issues with contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
• Experience in design management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budget allocation.
• Proven track record of successfully completing high-end residential projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of luxury furniture brands, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for luxury design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
