Responsibilities

â€Ē Present and showcase Sansiri's Luxury Collection properties to clients, highlighting unique features and benefits.
â€Ē Understand clients' needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and property recommendations.
â€Ē Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to attract luxury property buyers.
â€Ē Attend luxury real estate events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
â€Ē Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitors in the luxury real estate segment.
â€Ē Negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
â€Ē Facilitate the sales process from initial contact to property handover, providing exceptional customer service throughout.

Requirements

â€Ē Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
â€Ē Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, trends, and customer behavior.
â€Ē Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
â€Ē Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
â€Ē Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
â€Ē Professional personality and demeanor, suitable for engaging high-end clients.
â€Ē Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
â€Ē Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
