About this position
The Project Sales Executive - Condominium is responsible for presenting products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and managing a portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities
âĒ Present products and services information to the customers.
âĒ Keep in touch with the customers on a regular basis to enhance and maintain the relationship
âĒ Advise customers on market conditions, trends, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
âĒ Manage the properties portfolio.
âĒ Participate in Sales events and call the prospect list derived from the event for follow-up.
âĒ Prepare sales reports for presentation to the supervisors.
âĒ Follow up on all documentation through to sales process and after-sales requirements.
Requirements
âĒ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
âĒ Have experience in Condominium Sales of at least 1 year.
âĒ Strong sense of managerial skill.
âĒ Smart attitude.
âĒ Excellent command in both written and spoken English
âĒ Good computer skills (Ms.Office, Outlook)
