Project Planner - Construction
About this position
The Project Planner - Construction is responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing project activities, as well as collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
âĒ Project scheduling using Primavera P6 software in developing design and construction schedules for Low-rise and High-rise projects
âĒ Monitoring and analysis of delayed or critical activities to identify potential project impacts
âĒ Communicate intensively with other departments and Contactors to implement Master schedule (Pre-Construction Phase) and Detail contraction schedule (Construction Phase)
âĒ Prepare Weekly progress reporting of Delayed project
âĒ Support Project team to Re-plan or Recovery plan of delayed projects (Low-rise and High-rise projects)
âĒ Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
âĒ Create user stories and acceptance criteria
âĒ Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop IT solutions that align with business objectives
Requirements
âĒ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer, Construction management or related fields
âĒ Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling preferably
âĒ Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS office tools especially MS Excel
âĒ Detailed knowledge of all facets of Project Planning and Scheduling
âĒ Good interpersonal, communication, management
âĒ Strong ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to make informed decisions and solve complex problems
âĒ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
âĒ Interest in business trends and a keen understanding of the business environment
