Head of International Sales
About this position
Join Sansiriâs All-Time High Performance as the Head of International Sales in the International Business Department, where you will set sales goals and develop strategies for international markets.
Responsibilities
âĒ Set annual sales goals by forecasting and developing targets for international markets. Project sales volumes and profits for current and upcoming products.
âĒ Develop strategic plans to penetrate new international markets while strengthening performance in existing markets.
âĒ Drive and maintain sales performance through partnerships with third-party agents.
âĒ Build and maintain strong relationships with both international and domestic property agents.
âĒ Provide consultation, resolve problems, and manage issues related to overseas clients, including rights transfers and client refunds.
âĒ Plan and execute overseas property roadshows to drive direct sales for the company.
âĒ Deliver daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management on sales, marketing, and business activities.
Requirements
âĒ Bachelorâs degree or higher in a relevant field.
âĒ Has 6â8 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales or a related industry.
âĒ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
âĒ Proficient in Thai and Mandarin Chinese.
âĒ Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
âĒ Experience with data analysis tools is a strong advantage.
