About this position

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to work closely with the President of International Operations at Sansiri. This pivotal role will be responsible for analyzing new deals and opportunities, managing existing deals in the pipeline, and overseeing the operations of our current hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and preferably with 2-3 years experience in a top-tier management consulting company.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis: Lead the analysis and evaluation of new business opportunities and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Deal Management: Oversee the management of existing deals in the pipeline, including negotiations, contract management, and performance tracking.
• Operational Oversight: Direct and support the operations of existing hotels, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational efficiency.
• Efficiency Projects: Identify and implement ad-hoc projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service excellence across international locations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as finance, marketing, and human resources to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Leadership mindset: Be Independent and work closely with a high-performing team whilst fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Market Trends: Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3+ years of experience in management consulting or international operations within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on deal management and operational excellence.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams across different cultures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.
