About this position

The Business Development position involves conducting feasibility studies for land acquisition, analyzing new business opportunities, and overseeing project negotiations and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project feasibility for land acquisition.
• Study and analyze an opportunity for new business.
• Negotiate with landlord or project owner.
• Project presentation to the committees.
• Involve in project planning from committee policy.
• Explore a new project including land utilization that suitable for current and future market situation.
• Responsible for overseeing the development, negotiation and monitoring of agreements between partner companies participating in joint ventures.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economic, Marketing and related fields.
• At least 5 years working experience of business development in real estate developer or other related business.
• Excellent command in English both written and speaking.
• Excellent computer skill will be advantage.
• Experience in Real Estate market and Joint Venture will be advantage.
