Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Sanofi’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by healthcare professionals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and product performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product performance.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to pharmaceutical sales.
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales. Experience in a similar role or within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
