About this position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Senior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, amazing design talent, strong work ethic and of course a solid understanding of the art of branding and package design. This role will be based onsite in our client's office in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all design projects are completed within the given deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.
• Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assisting them in their professional growth and development.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects, including print production and website development.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of consumer brands and branding.
• Mastery proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other applicable creative programs and design tools.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across various mediums.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality design work.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
