Print Production Manager, Indonesia
About this position
Responsibilities
• Follow all Standard Working Practices (SWP)
• Assess new designs, liaising with the client, printer and tooling supplier to agree artwork changes/separation approach, based on the chosen print process
• Provide Artworkers with technical instructions on artwork separation
• Support and develop Artworkers to apply reprographics/colour separation with minimum PPM input
• Train and support new and junior members of the PPM team
• Specify tooling requirements (where required)
• Maintain client brand targets and colour standards
• Maintain printer specification records, and printer qualification
• Maintain PPM technical records
• Provide post-print analysis (both measured and visual)
• Work in conjunction with all other areas of the business to ensure that artwork is generated in the most effective and timely manner possible
Requirements
• Experience in print and packaging
• Printing Systems knowledge across a broad range of package types
• Understanding of colour management / proofing systems
• Possess excellent project management skills
• Due to geographical requirements, Bahasa Malay language capability is required in this role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Hybrid work arrangement and work onsite at client's office in Jakarta
