About this position

We're looking for a passionate R&D Lab Assistant with a strong background in beverage development and laboratory processes. This position helps execute beverage, jelly, gummy formulation, testing, and quality analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support new beverage, jelly, and gummy product development from concept to launch.
• Conduct laboratory tests, analyze data, and document results accurately.
• Assist in maintaining lab equipment and inventory.
• Collaborate with R&D team members on projects.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (production, marketing, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a beverage laboratory setting.
• Proven proficiency in lab techniques and safety protocols.
• Passion for experimentation and the beverage industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
